Each year we recognize a Horned Toad Derby Royalty Court.   Which ever candidate sells the most pre-sale carnival wristbands is declared the winner and is crowned on Friday Evening in front of all their friends and families at the small stage in Olsen Park at the festival grounds.   The runner-ups are declared to be their court. 

All entries will ride the following day in the Memorial Parade.  The winners will each ride in a vehicle with a door decal declaring them as "Horned Toad Derby Queen" for example.   The runner-ups will all ride together on a float so that the entire community can recognize them and their efforts.  We hope you will consider becoming a candidate for our court this year.   All ages are welcome to join and participate.

This court includes 6 different categories.

Lil' Miss & Lil' Mister ranges in age from 1 day old - 4 years old

Princess & Prince ranges in age from 5 years old - 13 years old

Queen & King ranges in age from 14 years and over
