Coalinga Area Chamber Of Commerce’s Cornerstone Event

For those who are not local, WE ARE HORNED TOADS!   And we wear that badge with pride and honor.

Your Coalinga Area Chamber of Commerce is incredibly excited to be well underway on the preparations for this years 86th Annual Horned Toad Derby Festival.  As you all know this is our biggest event of the year and spans all 4 days of Memorial Day Weekend beginning on Friday May 26th and Ending on Monday May 29th 2023.

While we have had big dreams and been working hard on preparing a new venue for this years Festival, unfortunately due to time restraints, weather, and circumstances out of our control, it will not happen this year.    We are very grateful for the willingness of CHRPD to work with us and allowing the Derby to once again be held at George Olsen Memorial Park for 2023.  When we do make a move, we want it to be the best move we can for the community as a whole and we will never do anything half-way because you all deserve the best we can provide.

If you are interested in being a vendor at our event please feel free to submitt your application to us by April 5th 2023.  Applications are below and separated out by types of Vendors.  (Food & Beverage, Crafts and Non-Food Sales Items, and Coalinga's Corner Crafters for local vendors)
